Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Will I pay customs?

No - all customs fees, import duties and taxes are fully covered by Daisy Monet. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.
How do i return my order?

To start a return, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes - we offer a 30-day return policy for unwanted items. To be eligible, your jewellery must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.
