Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays or promotional events.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delayed Or Lost Orders:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, customs inspections or high shipping volumes.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Daisy Monet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Customs & Duties:

All customs fees, import duties and taxes are fully covered by Daisy Monet. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay - there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
